Questions
Is Ageta an official TikTok integration?
Ageta uses TikTok's public developer APIs: Login Kit to connect your account and the Content Posting API to publish. You approve access on TikTok's own consent screen.
Do you see or store my TikTok password?
No. You sign in on TikTok's site. Ageta receives an access token that can only do what you approved, and you can revoke it any time.
Who can see my scheduled videos?
Only you, until they are published. At posting time TikTok applies the privacy setting you chose for that video.
What happens if a post fails?
The post is marked failed on your dashboard with TikTok's reason, so you can fix it and schedule it again.
How do I disconnect or delete my data?
Disconnect a TikTok account from your dashboard and its tokens are deleted immediately. To delete your whole Ageta account, email support@bsjjapan.com.
