Terms of Service

1. The service

Simple Scheduler ("the service"), operated by 株式会社BSJ (BSJ Inc.), lets you upload videos and have them published to a TikTok account you control at a time you choose, using TikTok's official APIs.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the security of your sign-in and for everything scheduled from your account. You may only connect TikTok accounts you own or are authorised to manage.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the videos and captions you upload. You grant us a licence to store and transmit them solely to provide the service. You are responsible for making sure your content complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service and with applicable law, including disclosure of commercial content.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to post spam, misleading content, or content that infringes others' rights, or to circumvent TikTok's rules or rate limits. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. TikTok

The service depends on TikTok's APIs, which TikTok may change or restrict. We cannot guarantee that a scheduled post will be published; TikTok may reject a video for its own reasons. Your use of TikTok remains subject to TikTok's terms.

6. Fees

The free plan is provided at no charge. Paid plans, when offered, will have their fees and terms stated at purchase.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, 株式会社BSJ (BSJ Inc.) is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

8. Termination

You can stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms.

9. Changes and contact
