Who we are

Simple Scheduler is operated by 株式会社BSJ (BSJ Inc.). Contact: support@bsjjapan.com. This policy explains what we collect when you use the service and why.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, used to sign you in.
• TikTok connection: when you connect a TikTok account we receive an access token, a refresh token, your TikTok open ID, display name, username, and avatar URL. We use these only to publish the videos you schedule and to show which account is connected. Tokens are encrypted at rest.
• Content you schedule: the video file, caption, and post settings you enter. These are stored until the post is published and you delete them.
• Technical logs: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) kept for security and debugging.

How we use TikTok data

We use the TikTok Login Kit to identify your account and the TikTok Content Posting API to publish videos at the time you choose. We do not read your TikTok inbox, your followers, or your other videos, and we do not sell or share TikTok data with third parties. Our use of TikTok data complies with the TikTok Developer Terms of Service.

Storage and processors

Data is stored with Supabase (database and file storage), which acts as a processor on our behalf. The application itself runs on a server we operate, hosted with Hostinger. Both providers hold data in their own facilities; we do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

Retention and deletion

You can disconnect a TikTok account at any time from your dashboard; this deletes the stored tokens immediately. You can delete scheduled posts and uploaded videos at any time. To delete your whole account and all associated data, contact us at support@bsjjapan.com.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise them.
